        Monday morning shortly after they opened they were a bit busy. However the two employees working the shift were professional, patient with each customer and helpful with the process that they were doing, especially with my first time shipping with UPS.

        They were very helpful and went above and beyond helping me to find the exact address and the proper packing for the least amount to ship instead of what I was going to use that would of cost me 40.00 instead the bag they chose only cost me 25.00 in shipping prices.
