        Ive lived at Parc Place for 8+ years. Initially, in one of the patio homes and, currently, in the main building. Too many activities, programs, games, outings etc. to count! Yesterday, all the residents were treated to a delicious Thanksgiving dinner served by all the staff. Is an annual event and a wonderful beginning to the holiday season! Our staff members are the best and Im proud to call Parc Place my home!

        My mom lived at parc place for twenty years while she was healthy, she met a wondeful group of residents and staff HOWEVER as her health declined , it was necessary to rely more on the staff item #1 i had a trip planned months in advance, my mom was beginning to eat less at 98 i discussed issue with administrator, Nancy she said " leave message for kitchen on machine for mwf i did. she also stated she would call kitchen monday when i called mtw my mom said monday and tuesday food( yes) wed (no!) I called kitchen they said NO MEALS SENT X 3 DAYS AND NO MESSAGE NOR NANCY CALL i looked up corporate no contact number EXISTS for conplaints! but i did get a ,, oh sorry, from Nancy item #2 i had a walk thru scheduled with final move out i waited twenty! minutes no Judy i called office they said oh,,, shes got a dental emergency and left me hanging for twenty more minutes! huh keep these major issues in mind when choosing this facility
