I am so happy we booked with Jumping Tots DFW! Samantha, the owner is the sweetest. Her communication and customer service was amazing. The bounce house was a hit for my daughters birthday party! Definitely will use Jumping Tots at all of our future birthday parties. Highly recommend Jumping Tots DFW!

Samantha, owner of Jumping Tots DFW, was a pleasure to communicate and plan my party with! She was responsive, helpful, kind, and even willing to forgive a deposit when we had to make last minute plan changes due to an unexpected weather system. I highly recommend Jumping Tots DFW for all your local party jumping/bouncing/climbing needs as their inventory is extensive, high quality, and top rate! What a wonderful family business to have access to!

I am so happy we booked with Jumping Tots DFW! I reached out to numerous soft play companies for our sons first birthday party, and Sams communication and customer service was by far the best! Sam was consistently quick to respond to my emails and answer all of our questions. You also cant beat the prices of Jumping Tots DFW! On the day of our sons birthday party she was right on time for drop off and pick up. The equipment was in great shape and clean. All of the kids had a BLAST and played for hours which meant all of the parents were able to relax and enjoy!

Highly recommend Jumping Tots! Samantha was wonderful to work with and very responsive to messages. She was very prompt with the drop off time and did not rush when it came for our pick up time. Set up and clean up was done very quickly as well! The bounce house was a hit for my daughters first birthday party! Definitely will use again when we need a bounce house.
