Our party set a same day appointment hours in advance. The website said the class started at 7:00 and to be there between 6:30-6:45. Our party showed up at 6:45 and tugged on the door and it was locked and no one was there. When we called at 6:47, the person who answered the phone said she didnt know anyone had even signed up for the class and would contact someone to be there, then hung up. We waited for a little longer and we called back at around 6:50ish and asked if it would just be easier if we tried to cancel since they werent prepared to have the class and she said its up to you but the person is 3 minutes away and would be there soon. We agreed to wait and were there until 7:10. My wife finally called again and said that no one had showed up and the lady on the phone told us once again that she the person she was sending lived 3 minutes away and would be there soon. My wife then just said that we had been waiting for awhile and just wanted to cancel and get a refund. The lady on the phone became rude, and initially hung up on my wife. But she called back and told us shed give us a refund, though still in a rude attitude.
