        We travel a lot and stayed here for business a couple a days . Room need fixes with certain doors and cracks in the wall but overall not too bad . Service is good when they want to be. They can also choose to be very rude . We are a titanium elite member And we were treated poorly because we had a couple of questions on how the charges work. Front desk guy was completely rude and hung up on us while we were nothing but polite . He was acting completely unprofessional just because we had a few questions . They dont appreciate their high value customers ,so i doubt they appreciate any customer. I wont spend a single penny with them again.
