Benevolent Hearts came in to begin help with my father after business hours. They were available when other agencies were not. They were kind, professional and went above and beyond our expectations.

Great company! When we reached out to a friend with years of nursing experience for advice on in-home health care providers in D/FW, she immediately said Benevolent Hearts----and emphatically added they were the best and only agency she recommends. After signing on to their services, we also wholeheartedly agree-----from the owner Dawn to coordinator Megan to our Mom's awesome caregiver Margaret, it has been apparent from the beginning that they truly care about their clients and we are grateful for the attention and respect they give our Mom.

I used Benevolent Hearts Home Care to help take care of me after a total knee replacement. The company stood out from the moment I called them. Instead of a tape recording with tons of options, the owner/director answered the phone (and later, my questions) herself. Most important, the home health aides employed by the agency are well-trained and top quality - kind, caring, competent and hard-working. I recommend Benevolent Hearts Home care without reservation.

Benevolent Hearts Home Care has bern taking care of my 99 year old mother for over a year. Denise (Care Coordinator) and Linda (Caregiver) care for my mother as well as they care for me. I call them my Mother Hens. When I need a caregiver that isnt normally on the scheduled time, Benevolent Hearts has been able to have a qualified caregiver come out. I would recommend this company.
