        What a horrible experience with this title company, I will never recommend working with them, Samantha and Janna were very unprofessional they never answered the phone calls/emails/voicemail. what a frustrated week. they did not inform me when the closing date was changed, when they received my paperwork, when the buyer signed, NOTHING. no explanation on how to fill up the closing documents since I was out of state. very very bad customer service. and I also had to wait 2 days for my money to be funded.
