        Great place to work. Owner cares about his companies and employees. Willing to pay for training that pertains to the industry we work in. Management is above average. Coworkers are pleasant and willing to help anybody for the most part. Great team atmosphere from shop to shop. Only thing that I really see that needs improvement is giving tenured employees some sort of payed leave. Either by incentivizing payed time off by hours worked and attendance or giving payed vacation time by tenure. Either way would go along way with the guys in the shops. Moral, productivity, and overall committment to the company and its brands would improve greatly.
