I had this great idea when I decided to sell my house, I would save the commission fees and have a for sale by owner listing Libby reached out to me and offered her services to handle all contract documents through closing After a few weeks of tire kickers, people just asking questions, wasting my time, numerous spam calls and emails, I had enough. I called Libby to seek her help in listing my house with her. She gave me a packet and said to follow the staging process as close as possible for the photographer and showings.
