        Appreciate them getting here quickly to get out inspection done in time. One little issue- tech forgot to open valve so our irrigation was not working. Thought it was controller so called yard guys out. Nope- it was closed backflow valve. All good now.

Daren is extremely professional and always takes the time to explain exactly what needs to be done and how the job will be completed. There is never any questions with every repair. And for this I am so grateful. I would like to comment on Adrian and Jacob that did this recent job at my home. They both were timely and very knowledgeable and extremely respectful. They also maintained a clean environment and picked up after the job. It was nice to have that type of employee in your home. Thanks guys! Thanks again to everyone at Plumbing Solutions. I will call when I need a plumber!

      Hi, LaRue. I am sorry you did not feel you received an excellent experience. Daren just tried to call you. All our plumbers take pictures on all jobs and I just looked and that valve was already closed when Daren got there and wasn't part of the test. He just left it where it was.
