        First off, I think your company needs to re-think explaining the preparations a home owner needs to know for preparing their home for the extermination process. It was not explained in detail enough, that when the worker showed up, I had to do several things to make it possible for the treatment to be done. If there was a more detailed sheet, the process would go much better. Also, I found multiple cockroaches-big and small- in my home 3 days after the treatment. I'm not happy to see any. Is this usual? Does the treatment con't to work after the 3 days? This was not clearly explained.
