We did a bday party for my 4 minions at this location today and it was wonderful. The service was great, food was actually really good (I wasnt expecting that), everyone had a lot of fun. This was one of the better bday parties we have done largely because of how wonderfully helpful our staff memember was. I would have given 5 stars but the food came out about half way through our reserved time. I felt like since we booked ahead of time and paid a deposit it should have been ready when we got there instead of losing half of our table time waiting on food and then being rushed at the end when the kids were trying to open gifts and do their cupcakes and ice cream. Otherwise, we enjoyed our party and it all went really really well.

Everyone had a fun time! The customer service was great! The pizza was pretty good. All the kids had a great time. Even the adults had fun. They're a little sore today but they had fun.

Overcrowded, people skating in all directions all evening causing skaters to crash into one another, others skating really fast with fancy skates and crashing into little kids over and over with no staff enforcing their rules agsinst it. People crowding around edges of the rink causing yet more tripping hazards. Skating is dangerous enough, but manageable in a rink that has enforces rules. We won't be returning.
