Beaumont Nursing and Rehabilitation

My Mom has been a resident for the last 7-8 months. We have been very pleased with the care she has received while at Country View in Terrell, Tx. The staff and management team are very attentive and make sure all her needs are met. Thank you to Kaci Berryhill and her Team for all they do.

Ive had way too many issues with this place and Im saying that because my client has been staying there for only 3 days it makes no sense why they neglected her :never tried to bring her to the potty, took the nurse call light off of her and it was for 12 hours until my shift started again at 7am and the staff was very rude (and when it was brought to the head of the company they excused it by saying there just very blunt) when I would ask about her medication they would make it seem like they would get to her then pocketed her pills and cutting them in half. When I would be there the ONLY time she was checked on was for her to get food.This place is ridiculous I wouldnt want someone I love staying there .I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Beaumont Nursing and Rehab is great! Excellent staff! They are super friendly! The facility makes you feel so welcomed. Brittany Westbrook was so friendly and helpful!!!! She is very knowledgeable and makes the admission process easy!

Connie and Brittany really made the transition for my mother seamlessly effortless they are kind and thoughtful. Brittany knew every patients name when I toured the facility and that completely SOLD me.
