        It is extremely sad to have to give such a low score to a non-profit organization designed to help the community. The one star is because there is no way that they can help if they send emails to contact them, and there is absolutely no feasible way to contact anyone because the number in the email goes to a voicemail for a woman who NEVER answers the phone, and obviously NEVER checks the voicemail, either because that stays full, and it is the same email with the same full voicemail for every option you choose. This is horrible.
