So apparently payroll was deducted twice from one of my accounts by Chase and Chase will not put the second deduction amount back in my account. The awesome branch managers wish they could help yet Chase gives them no authority to help their customers or return money to a customer's account that Chase's system stole. Branch managers can only submit escalations and complaints by email. It has been almost 36 hours and no phone call from Chase. Cheyenne and Morgan have been great, but they unfortunately work for a a terrible bank that steals from their customers. I am just in shock how a bank can get away with this! Maybe I should I call my lawyer.
