Our lenders were absolutely amazing! We had questions at 9 and 10pm and although their office hours were closed, they got back with us quickly and worked diligently to get the job done. They marched us with a new construction build, got our pre-approval and we were able to secure the exact home we wanted. Dr. Mike went above and beyond as our realtor as well and negotiated builder concessions, which got us additional money off the home and we even got money BACK at closing!!! Weve been in our home now for going on 2 years and I absolutely would recommend their team to anyone!!!! 10/10 recommend!!! Very diligent and knowledgable!
