I have been using Volkswagen for my oil changes for about 3 years. Service has always been great. Last month my car had a coolant leak, I had them check it out when they were doing the last oil change, and they said they would need to do a diagnostic test which could take up to 6 hours. scheduled that service about 3 weeks later. I had to drop my car off at 8:30 am and find a ride to bring me to work, only for Volkswagen to call me 15 minutes later and tell me they can't work on my car, because they can't get Audi parts, which doesn't really make sense because Audi is their sister company, and just a couple of weeks ago, they were willing to get this done?? Not sure where the missed communication was?? Seems like to me they just didnt want to bother with it. Brought it to another mechanic shop, they already have the parts ordered, and spoke to my warranty company who will be paying for the repairs.
