        Tabby Bennet cane out 1 hour after I called in the dark to check my generac. 30 minutes before that I had called to say it jad checked itself. Because I am 75 he made sure it was working and called me while he was still outside to say it was OK. You need 10 stars for prompt service request. Thank you a very satisfied generac owner.

        Josh provided Excellent customer service, he was friendly, and knowledgeable. **Edited to add.. unfortunately, the customer service provided by phone is not the same. Unprofessional and rude. As a business owner, I would be appalled. Also, expect to wait months to be placed on the schedule for installment. Paid the deposit in early August, and just placed on the schedule for installment today, for installment start date 11/14.
