Beware! This woman is a thief and will steal anything you leave behind in your house that was supposed to go to the new buyer! No morals = not a good person!

Do not use Karisa if you intend of leaving any items in for the buyer not listed in your contract. She will steal your fridge, rocking chairs, etc. I know this sounds like an exaggeration but I promise it is not.

I rate her a zero she was very unprofessional she was not out agent thankfully but she was the listing agent for the house we bought. She didnt make sure her clients upheld their contractual obligations. We are first time home buyers and made many rush decisions but the way the property was left upon final walkthrough was disgusting we noticed that there were scratches on the flooring from major appliances being drug out and sellers refused to fix there was trash left in the home as well as a shed full of items. You would think the listing agent would make sure that the property was clean but no she said it wasnt her problem it was agreed that it would be done and the next day we went to sign and bam turned into our problem also several things the sellers agreed to fix or provide proof that were in working order were not . The list goes on and on on this nightmare there also was a big pile of trash/tree limbs left out back on the property that was supposed to be removed and specifically told not to burn because no one would be there to watch it and they burned anyway it stayed burning for 3 days there is so much more like the fact that the hot water heater was leaking carbon monoxide and hooked up illegally but that is fault of inspector/appraiser but the condition of the property is on the sellers agent and the sellers
