Alliance Medical Services

This company should not be in Healthcare. They have no empathy for the patients or their care givers. The employees are very complacent regarding issues.

Lack of customer service. I ordered scrubs about a month and a half ago and still havent received them. Personnel stated it was due to a shortage which is understandable, but they would never call me with updates as they said they would. Everytime I called they seemed as if I was a bother. I ordered scrubs at Franks Medical Mart, they told me 5 days they would be in and came in within 2 days and I received a text when my order was ready. Never using Alliance again.

Cpap users: Once you sign up, you will not here from them again. Also, any supplies needed are run through the Respiratory Therapist ONLY. Your needs are secondary to her schedule. No one is able or willing to assist you with your needs.

Very bad customer service, I went to order scrubs and the girl was very uninterested in helping me. Wasnt even offered to try on the scrubs before ordering them, thank god they fit though. Went to pick them up a week later and a different girl was there but had the same attitude. If you dont want to be at work that bad then leave.
