Would give 0 if offered. Walked in on Dec 8, 2023. Today is Jan 11, 2024. Still cant walk without assistance. As far as people they could not be kinder. Make sure someone video records once you get into post op. You will need the video to prove what happens to you.

I was literally forced to make a payment that I didn't have to give, or no procedure could be done, I don't work now for medical reasons, I have bcbs as insurance and copay showed $100.00 which I was agreed to pay, but this payment was literally refused and no procedure if I didn't Pay half or all of the cost, the receptionist called her manager ALI, and this was his answer..They stress the patient out more and not acknowledging what the patient is already going through or sick from that cause them to be there in the first place..I don't care to come here again and if any of my doctors suggest this place, there will be a straight No. I will also contact my insurance on this matter and ho further to consumer affairs and the attorney General.
Just one more thing, Karma is so real..
