Lights dont work machines dont work services poor I put my card in for 225 and it took five dollars on my account very unhappy with the wash machine and peoples vehicles have also been broken in here

Dont charge your phone in room 120. Possibly other rooms with the issue but for sure that room specifically. The socket in which to charge was flickering the lamp.. I should have guessed but I assumed it was the bulb I didnt anticipate there being such a dramatic reason for it. Turns out its the voltage to the lamp and not the bulb which was made apparent when my iPhone pro max that was idk 1500$.. wouldnt work the next day after charging it battery was shot. I had to buy a new phone. Took it in when it wouldnt turn on and turns out the battery was fried from this hotels port used to charge it in my room. If I had to guess they got insurance money to fix whatever the issue was electrically but took the cheap way out and pocketed the difference because their policy covers our losses so why would they care. When I called about it they didnt seem surprised. I Was there for business so moving forward I just know not to stay at la Quintas. Also on me.
