        This is one of the WORST home healthcare agencies in not just the STATE of TEXAS but the entire NATION. They DO NOT respect the elderly. Nor do they have enough providers to support clients. Even the staff Theresa & Jennifer are extremely unprofessional and need proper etiquette training in order to effectively communicate with others. If that $12 per hour is upsetting you, get a job change.

        The staff at this location makes you feel welcomed and the genuinely care for each patient they listen to you and try to find the best solution in order to help each individual this by far is the best doctor office in Beaumont TX and I'm glad to be one of their patients

        Riceland sent a provider to my house they proceeded to curse me out and catch attitude with me I contacted them about it and they acted like I was the one with the attitude
