        I have not been able to use the machine since it has arrived several days ago. The wrong face mask was sent and I am waiting on the correct one to arrive. The help I have received has been very good to correct this problem. Thanks

        As of today 2/18/24 ... disappointed with my service ... received Luna machine on Thursday 2/8/24 ... assembled Luna machine on Friday 2/9/24 ... called Apria on Friday afternoon for assistance to program machine ... received call from Ramona on Monday morning 2/12/24 ... away from phone at this time ... called Ramona around 9:30a ... no call back ... called Apria, Monday afternoon ... i would be unavailable Tuesday and Wednesday ...no call back Thursday or Friday ... Luna machine still not programmed ... I don't have a smart phone ... I do have WiFi ... I still need assistance ... unable to use machine or report data.
