        John came to my home twice as I was having problems with my surround sound. He was very efficient, arrived on time and made sure everything was working as it should before he loved on my dog and left. John has many years experience in the industry and can solve whatever problem you may have or design a new system for you from scratch. I have used Goodyear for many years and will continue to use him as he can be trusted and will do what he says.

        I gave John Goodyear almost $3800 for theatre sound equipment, he never delivered equipment or refunded my money. He even text me Id get a refund, I filed a complaint with the BBB, after that, they gave him a F rating. If you want to use him, you better do your checking. There were many posts/complaints of him stealing money thru sales and not giving people what they paid for. I wonder if the bankruptcy is over with? Why does he change the name of his company? Go to YELP and scroll down for reviews! You wont regret it!

        I bought my McIntosh McAire years ago from Goodyear Audio (John Goodyear). Goodyear Audio doesn't exist anymore but John Goodyear does. I had a problem with my McIntosh McAire and I been trying to figure the problem out for months and I contacted McIntosh's support but I still didn't resolve my problem. After years later buying my McAire I contact John Goodyear now Goodyear Home Technology for help. He came to my house and helped me resolve my problem. I was so thankful that I wanted to write a review on how custom service really works. If you need some home technology and great customer service please consider Home Technology, you never alone with a problem. In this area you can't find customer service like this anymore.

        John from Goodyear Technology arrived at my house punctually, as planned. Although we weren't able to correct my issue I found him to be professional, neat and knowledgeable. Even though my problem persists I was surprised because he wouldn't accept any money at all. I would recommend him to anyone with home stereo needs. In fact I hope to see him again as I narrow down my issue. Thank you John, William Burtt
