I waited a long time to do a review to see if things would get better.and nothing has. They typically have satisfactory options but the customer service is less than subpar. Their attitudes give off I dont want to be here and what do you want? except for MAYBE 1 or 2 employees. They dont greet people when they come in and even if you look confused trying to find something they dont offer to help. Seems like they hire young staff that could care less about the customer experience. They just want to clock in, get paid, and go home. They dont know their store well enough to tell you whether or not they carry products or where to find them if they do nor do they care to come from behind the desk to assist if its not a quick sell. Normally, its evident that they just dont care all around. Prices are good but the lack of customer service is enough to drive further out and pay more for what I need.

Customer service on the phone is horrible. Answered the phone like it was their personal phone. Then got a attitude when asked was it the business.
