Me and my husband had serious concerns and questions about the best way to invest and diversify our bullion and when we met Will Hicks, he was there to offer great options and answer a lot of the questions we had. He showed great patience with us while we took the time to make up our minds. Now we are on our way with our first major investment. Can't wait to see how he helps us grow and we really appreciate all of his time. Thank you very much Will! We look forward to doing much more business with you and Texas Bullion Exchange

I called wanting to purchase some gold and silver and they helped me out finding the best deal they had and what they could do to help me get what I wanted. Would 100% go back to them.

I was initially told when I talked to Chris on the phone, that I did not need an ID to purchase a gold coin. Drove 20 minutes out of my way and wasted my time. After I paid for the coin, they then told me, that I did need to show ID. If they will lie about this, what else will they lie about? I told them I was no longer interested and got my money back. I then verbalized my disgust at what a waste of time it had been and I was informed that nobody wasted my time. If someone lies to you about one thing, I would think that they could lie to you about anything. I'm sure that they will come back and say that it is part of the Patriot act to demand an ID, but why wasn't I told this over the phone. I should have known better, very pretentious over the phone, felt like I was talking to a used car salesman. Since I left the review, they have called twice, but not left a message. I would think if they wanted to make something right, they would leave a message. RESPONSE TO TEXAS BULLION'S RESPONSE. The very opening sentence of my review states, and I quote, " I was initially told when I talked to Chris on the phone, that I did not need an ID to PURCHASE a gold coin" End quote. Now Texas bouillon is saying that I was trying to sell a coin. I was never in the market to sell a coin, only PURCHASE one. Once again you are being dishonest about what business I was attempting to conduct at your establishment. So my question remains. IF YOU WILL BE DISHONEST AND LIE ABOUT ONE THING, WHAT ELSE WILL YOU BE DISHONEST AND LIE ABOUT ? When I talked to Chris on the phone, he told me I did not need to have an ID to PURCHASE a coin. Upon arrival, I was led to a little room where I waited for 4 and 1/2 minutes for a sales person. I then gave him $2,000 to PURCHASE the gold coin, he left the room with my money to get a receipt, he then came back and informed me that, I did need to show ID. When you respond to a review, please respond in a timely manner, don't wait 2 weeks to do so and be honest about the business that was being conducted in your establishment. All anyone has to do, is look at the bad reviews that this business has and they should take their business elsewhere. As far as me referring to you as used car salesmen, I do owe an apology to all used car salesmen, I do believe them to be more honest. In the future you need to be honest in what you say and do and you need to be honest in your responses to reviews. You have proven my point with your response. IF YOU WILL BE DISHONEST ABOUT ONE THING, YOU WILL BE DISHONEST ABOUT ANOTHER. Thank you for your response.

Dear Mr. Gardner,We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with Texas Bullion Exchange Inc. We regret to hear that your recent interaction with us did not meet your expectations. However, there appears to be some misunderstanding that requires clarification.Upon reviewing our records, we found that your initial inquiry concerned the purchase of a coin from us, for which we informed you that a valid form of identification was not required. It is worth noting that the identification requirement changes when the transaction involves selling coins to us. In such instances, we are obliged to obtain a valid ID for reasons of accountability and to comply with regulatory standards. The stipulation of requiring an ID when buying from customers is designed to protect all parties involved. In the unfortunate event that the merchandise is later found to be stolen, this policy allows us to report the details to the proper authorities, thereby upholding the law and our responsibility as a reputable dealer. This is part and parcel of how we maintain our status as the "Lone Star State's Most Trusted Dealer," a reputation fortified by the experiences of thousands of satisfied clients across the United States.Additionally, it's crucial to address your assertion about the gold coin in question. As part of our due diligence, we utilize a Precious Metals Verifier Machine to authenticate the products we buy and sell. In your case, the gold coin did not pass this crucial verification step, suggesting that it is very likely not genuine. As a responsible dealer, we cannot bypass this integral aspect of our vetting process under any circumstances. We deeply value integrity and professionalism, not only in our interactions with customers but also in our business operations. We are not in the practice of misleading our clients, and we do not appreciate the comparison to "used car salesmen," as it misrepresents our long-standing commitment to professionalism and honest dealing. We understand that you are disappointed, but we stand by our procedures as they are essential for maintaining the high standards of ethical conduct that we—and our extensive clientele—value so much.If you have any further questions or need additional clarification, we would be more than happy to discuss this matter with you directly.Sincerely,Troy Lough Jr.Chief Operating OfficerTexas Bullion Exchange Inc.
