The room quality and service is good . Looks like they renovated lots of things and stuffs are new and experienced specially the girl Amy she is supportive.

I enjoyed a lovely weekend here and it was so pleasant. The front desk employees were very polite and helpful in assisting me checking into hotel. As walking through the halls to my room I loved how fresh it smelled. Was so clean and fresh smelling it made me feel right at home! My husband and kids enjoyed our stay as well. Breakfast was also good. I look forward to more stays here in the future.

Perhaps the worst experience I have ever had with hotel management. In the mid-afternoon, I made a mistake with online booking and reserved a room with the default setting which was same day. I realized my mistake within a few minutes and called the front desk to change my date to the correct date. Their policy for "no shows" is that they do not offer a refund. The front desk person was polite and offered the email address of the general manager, Mr. Salman. I wrote a respectful email to Mr. Salman requesting a refund for the accidental booking. It took him three days to respond after courteously reminding him each day. He curtly responded there could be no refund. I then asked for a credit towards my future stay. It took him another day with reminders to offer another negative curt response.
I appreciate I made a mistake and was asking for an exception. I believe the policy is for those who book in advance and fail to show without any notification. I notified the hotel as soon as possible after realizing my error, and I am certain the hotel would not have experienced any loss.
Bottom-line, buyer beware. Mr. Salman is running a mousetrap with a zero defects policy. Reading other reviews about how he treats his staff, I should have never booked there in the first place.

Pros
-Great breakfast
-Clean room
-Comfy bed/pillows
-Door to separate living area and bedroom
-Bedroom fan
-Dual AC control with fantastic AC (material for this area)
-No residual mold/mildew odor from weather conditions
-Staff was very polite and helpful (especially Justin assisting with a booking issue when my flight was canceled for a snow storm. Also, a man at the front area who found my daughter's swimsuit)
-Pool was clean and stocked with fresh towels.
Cons
-Water pressure was very low. If you plan on having girls with long hair take showers or have color treated hair that you wash with cold only, (plan extra time to be able to get product out of hair as it will take some time). Not super uncommon with hotels
-No dish soap in room (dishwasher detergent was provided), just don't plan on being able to hand wash if you need more them again that day. They do have plastic utensils downstairs though
-Bassic TV, do not plan on being able to stream your regular services with kiddos on rainy days. I asked the front desk gal to make sure we weren't overlooking something in the settings but she said she wasn't familiar with the TVs.
Overall the hotel was pretty good. I had a last minute trip for a week with my daughter and her friend. I've stayed at most of the hotels in the area near this one (lived in BMT for 18 years, this is the only area I will stay in hotels while visiting due to safety and quality) and my regular hotel was booked. It Is likely my new number 2 for BMT stays. My cons are personal preferences and wouldn't impact most travelers.

On 3/21/2024 I entered this hotel, because my insurance company booked it for me. With the confirmation number in my hand, I go to check in (my insurance company paid for the room IN FULL), and the young lady sees my reservations and noticed she couldn't complete it for some reason, she goes and get the manager and he comes out, and looks at me and then his computer and says, we no longer take that program, I looked confused and asked him, what does that mean, because I have a confirmation number for a paid room. He says we stop taking that program in October 2023, Right then and there I get on the phone with the insurance company and put it on speaker, I had him to repeat what he told me, and he repeated hisself. I went outside to finish talking to my rep, my rep told me to wait outside and he is gonna call and see whats going on. My rep called me back very upset saying the manager told him (my kind , black female) will not stay at his hotel. I am writing this because NO ONE should be refused service because of their SKIN COLOR... So my rep gets me in to another hotel down the street, and you would know, I told them what happened, and 2 DAYS BEFORE THAT he did it to one of their managers, and she's a BLACK FEMALE... This type of behavior should not be allowed at any HILTON!!!! Let us Boycott this Hotel so that this NEVER happens to another person.
