        I've been in the workforce for 32 years - 25 of those years in the LDAR industry. Dexter is hands-down the worst company I've worked for. Lack of clear, written policies leave incompetent middle managers to dictate policy that doesn't actually exist. This company embodies the "good ol' boys club." If you're a member of the club you can do whatever you like, if you're not a member then make sure to watch your back. During my tenure with the company I either experienced or witnessed racial and gender bias, serious safety concerns (by management, not field employees), flagrant disregard of client concerns and terrible treatment of employees. I cannot recommend anyone contract or work for Dexter. There are many other LDAR companies out there and all of them are better.
