        The firm Aran & Franklin has inspected the house several times and will not file a completion certificate so I can purchase windstorm insurance. The builder as tried on numerous times to get Aran & Franklin to complete the filings. The inspections have been completed. I am moving furniture in tomorrow and now I cannot get windstorm insurance because of Aran & Franklin failure to complete the files with the TDI.
