        Calls are forwarded to a call center that doesnt know the policies of the actual office. I made an appointment for a teeth cleaning and told them I had never been there before. I get to my appointment and the office policy is that a dentist must see you before a hygienist can clean your teeth. The office stated that the call center shouldve known that the dentist wasnt going to be there.
