Mrs.Thu did alterations on two dresses for me and she did an amazing job. She put straps on my wedding dress and did it in a day. Definitely the place for alterations.

I get home to a sobbing fiancée!! This lady has no tact and no respect for anyones time. She has lied straight to my fiancées face about when the alterations will be completed. My lady dropped off the dress in March and asked for it to be done in 6 weeks. A reasonable amount of time she thought. Over the next few months Mrs. Thu calls asking for more time, which she was given by my more than patient lady. My fiancée goes to pick her dress up at the extended due dateit still hasnt been touched!! Another month goes by and then when she goes to pick it up it still hasnt been touched and she didnt even get a phone call from this Mrs. Thu this time. She had had enough so she picked it up today like it was, Mrs. Thu had done a few alterationsit was asked for cap sleeves and a pair of pockets to be added. Final product: long sleeves a toddler could barely get their arm through and of course no pockets. Mrs. Thu lacks attention to detail, respect or honor for a persons time; she has taken advantage of my ladys more than gracious personality and apparently cannot manage to run her own business efficiently by letting a dress go untouched for months passed the due date. 0 out of 10 would not recommend. Id watch a YouTube video and do it myself before paying this woman.
