I bought my daughters prom dress here couldnt get a hold of them after leaving the dress here for three weeks which was supposed to be done in two weeks. I get it since its prom season. Her fitting was done three weeks later didnt get it back after being told it would be ready in two weeks, had to tell Mrs Diana I needed it for a wedding. Then they called me to set another appointment to pay for her dress fitting which was 100$ didnt get a receipt for that I guess I didnt ask. I tried getting a hold of her again a day later to see if she had the left over fabric which was trashed understandable (was for the boutonnire) but she got upset for messaging her to call me since I was trying for over a week, received a call from her and she was upset because I messaged mommy dearest and called her to her cell which she said it dont get reception thats why she missed all five calls this is the number they gave me to call her. I called her for over a week the day she gave me dress back to see if she had the leftover fabric it wouldnt have taken more then a minute to let me know she didn't have it. That was all I was trying to call her for not much, but I guess once you have it thats it wouldve been nice just to get a call back from her the day after I called her I honestly thought this ladys were nice but today she called upset because I messaged mommy dearest this is our last time shopping here this lady is not nice at all I wasnt mean to them or disrespected them the dresses arent cheap so yes it be nice if a customer calls you to return the call back not a week later js and I wasnt going to post anything but I feel I should make ppl aware of how nice they are ty

I had the best experience shopping for my Mother of the Bride dress! The staff was friendly and helpful and they had a great selection for all sizes and shapes!
