Ive used City Springs several times but this last time when bringing it in was a disaster. I dropping it off and it took him almost 9 days to even call me to inform me what was wrong. Along with him telling me I needed a new AC system he told me I needed turbos. I let him fix the ac but he said he couldnt fix the turbos. 1999.00 later I brought the car elsewhere to see about the turbos. Come to find out I didnt need new turbos. Ok I get my car back and my ac still isnt blowing cold. I brought it back to City Springs and he put more refrigerant in it. It blew cold maybe a couple of days and then back to not blowing cold. I called and left a message and received no call back. Out of curiosity I took it back to the place that fixed the other problem and told them to look at my AC. It ended up being a bad valve that needed replacing. At that point I wasnt about to let City Springs touch my car. Ive got stage four cancer and drive back and fourth to Houston every month and depend on my car and the owner at City Springs new that. Long story short DO NOT bring your car here please go elsewhere. Im extremely disappointed in City Springs I really thought I was dealing with an honest man but evidently not.
