I went yesterday (02/27/24) to open a savings account around 12:30pm. I just wanna let yall know the lady who helped me have some terrible ways to speak to customers, she made sassy faces for every single question made, she assists customers like shes miss universe or some. You better help your employees to changes their ways to treat customers. I guess shes there cuz she needs the job so if youre already there and theyre paying you for it, girl try to small and be a decent person THATS FREE!!!

Horrible horrible customer service. I made a CASH deposit into my account at the ATM. The reason I opened this account is so I can make cash deposits as Im a server and get paid in cash. When I made the deposit it took my money failing to give me a receipt or credit to my account. I went the next day and a tech was walking out of the bank (the bank was closed for a holiday) he said oh yeah, I just cleared the machine 1/2 your deposit got stuck in one side and the other 1/2 was stuck in the other. Call customer service I did exactly that only to be told I will get my money in 45-90 days while they do an investigation! I was told by the worker it was fixed, I was told by the customer service representative that they can see the deposit. Why am I suppose to wait that long on their mistake? I have been a customer with this bank going on 15 years. I have multiple accounts with them all in good standing and this is how they treat their customers. I will be closing all my accounts with them. I have stayed with this bank even though they have closed all but one location in Beaumont making it super inconvenient. I just got off the phone again wit customer service and they tell me I have to wait another WEEK. No wonder all their locations are closing. They dont care about their customers
