        I went through the drive thru to get a direct deposit form and I gave her my ID. She then rudely said its called a confidence check and then said she only wants my debit card, (which is not a first form of ID) then I explained specifically that Im setting up direct deposit for my job and she rolled her eyes and walked off. Then when she gave me my items back I said thank you and got no response. Teller had a horrible attitude.

        Just went into the drive thru to withdraw some money out my account . The lady allowed me to send my ID up and never came back to the window . She started helping people inside . I'm like Wow she could've at Least told me she would be right with me . So after ten minutes of her helping the customer inside she finishes up and starts helping the next customer in line . Now I'm livid so I drive around come inside and advise her that she needs to help me as well or at least communicate what's taking so long .She says she is by herself . Very unprofessional and I will NEVER come to this location again.
