Promenade Luxury Apartments

Me and my wife have had our fair share of issues here but I cant say enough good things about the new management. They have taken care of everything we have been asking and been concerned about for months. They make living here pleasant. Along with making updates and improvements on a weekly basis. Its a night and day difference compared to what we dealt with when we first moved in last July.

I am updating my review, since New Management has taken over things have really changed. There is no longer poop everywhere! Trash is being picked up promptly, dead landscaping has been removed security measures have been taken and rules are finally being enforced! Im so please and impressed

10/10 experience! Personally speaking, the staff here is amazing! They are very thorough when it comes to handling details whether its an application process or maintenance. Speaking of which, Cliff who is the head of maintenance here at promenade is awesome! The tour he lead us on for our initial visit swept us off our feet! He was very informative and knowledgeable of the property, which was very convenient. Considering the fact that by the time we circled back to the leasing office, we had little to no questions at all that needed answering. So with that being said, Ive got to hand it to him. Hes the best !

I have been living in this place for about 7 months, it has been a headache, I called for maintenance and they have not been able to fix the problem that I have had since the beginning when I moved here, I also moved the refrigerator and they scraped the entire floor and they tell me They are not going to fix it. I have photos of how unprofessional the maintenance group is. I really feel dissatisfied because they do not clean the hallways as they should be. Apart from the fact that they do not do their maintenance work, the elevators have a really bad smell every time. I do not recommend it at all, people who are looking for a place to live check the reviews carefully before landing here.
