The manager there named Renata tried to sell me a cubic zirconia as a diamond and I tried to explain to her that it was not real and she would not listen. It does not take a rocket scientist to see that a 1 carat stone set in 10 karat gold with appears to be perfect quality and was marked 300 was not real but she would not listen. Even after I told her I was a graduate gemologist in the jewelry business for 43 years

If I could go lower on stars I would. So rude. Also very low ballers. Tried to sell a couple of lawnmowers and was told $5 for a running lawnmower!

I took a epiphone les paul model 100 guitar in there that was pretty much in mint condition and they said that they could only give me $80 for it. if you know anything about guitars then you now that it was worth WAY more than that.  I sold a distortion foot pedal that retailed for $180 and got $30 for it. Im sure they will sell it for close to that. people use pawn shops because they need help from time to time for whatever reason and this company doesn't give you near what your item is worth. I used to work at Mr. money pawn and we would give you 1/2 of what we figured it could be sold for. $80 for a  $800 guitar is highway robbery in my book.
