The first time I came my experience with the Asian lady was really great! Came back for a refill today and the Hispanic lady that did my feet rushed the whole process , and skipped through different parts of the service at this point I was ready to leave I didnt even get my nails done the atmosphere made me very uncomfortable I will never go back!

The absolute worst experience. The older Mexican lady is awful she drilled deeply into my nails and my skin. The acrylic was so thick plus she put it all over me then she begin to file to get it off then begin picking at it with clippers pulling off my skin costing it to bleed. My shape is wrong the polish is dull my fingers are sore. I asked to speak to management or owner she told me she will be back in a month. The whole thing was just uncomfortable and wrong.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever and I do mean I've ever had. The older Mexican lady was super rude. She put sooooo much acrylic on my nails also on my skin. She drilled so deep into my nails and skin I kept telling her over and over that she was hurting me. She was so unprofessional while doing my nails she told the other nail tect she was taking to long on someone else making her feel bad for not rushing. I asked for owner number she told me no I've called and she told me I couldn't speak to management. My nails are awful. My shape is bad polish caked up and they are dull just all wrong
