This quiet community offers all the enjoyment of living on the bay in a peaceful environment. Baytown is less than 20 minutes away providing access to entertainment, restaurants, shopping, and more. Easy access to Highway 146 means you can be in La Porte in about 20 minutes as well. Do you enjoy golf? The Evergreen Point Golf Club is close by and offers a challenging and fun day of golf. Take the kids and cool off at Pirates Bay Water Park or enjoy one of the many parks such as the Baytown Nature Center or the Eddie V. Gray Wetlands Center.

Edit: New manager in office likes to make up issues. Presents self in a bottom of the barrel, barely professional way. Hopefully a temporary manager and a better, logical, manager is is hired. Really unfortunate because this type manager tends to ruin communities as apposed to grow and improve. Make Oceanway great again.
