They are a great company. I have worked with them for many years now and if something breaks or i need refills on my oxygen they are quick and efficient.

Iris the sales lady was so awesome Ill recommend for everybody to use her and ask for her. She was so very polite and professional. I would give them no stars if I could. Called 2 weeks ago to get medical supplies for my CPAP they were going to reach out to my insurance and call me back by 9 AM the next morning. Well 9am came and went I called again that afternoon same story got apologies then again no return call. So again I called them back around 430. The girl read off supplies coming to me and all was there said it would ship out tomorrow and be here 4 to 5 days. Well as you guessed today I called and was told 3 different lies the first let me put you on hold and track your package. The second was the package wasn't sent because they have a box the with to fill with packages before they ship. 3 Rd lie the mask was on backorder order so it hasn't shipped but will tomorrow. Needless to say I am very upset and will ask my doctor you use another company in the future. Then I get someone that tries to go back over and I stop her tell her I have been told 3 lies just about this order ina matter if minutes. Well it is supposed to ship out tomorrow. We will see.

Was supposed to pickup a lift, wheel chair and bed today but didnt show up. Apparently they forgot to schedule. So instead of coming to pick up today like supposed to they want to reschedule assuming that everyone just has time to be at home for them all day. No! We scheduled day off today you should pick up today. So I tell them Im gonna leave their equipment at the door with a tiny porch and little cover from rain. Instead of doing the right thing and coming for It today they said yes leave it at the door then. YOU HEAR THAT MANAGEMENT?? Your dispatch and whoever does the pickups couldnt be bothered to pick up YOUR equipment today so they decide to put it at risk by having it left outside. We will not be liable for damage to equipment that is left outside bc your service failed to come pick up on day we were told they would. We cant accommodate your changing schedule unless youre paying us for our time. You get one day and you failed on that day. Now its going outside. Great job Duke.

Duke Medical Equipment LLC is amazing! Iris was super kind and very helpful. She really worked with me, she definitely went above & beyond. My equipment was delivered and the delivery man was so kind and explained everything to me. Thanks Duke Medical Equipment
