the clinic is hard to get in contact with and do not receive any calls back most of the time. If you are sick with a cold they will not see you in the clinic. My insurance can't even get in touch to change my pcp

Dr. Abu Ghali and his staff are really amazing and knowledgeable. I don't live in Baytown and was hesitant to go to a medical facility there, but since my first visit with Dr. Abu Ghali, that became the only place to go to.

OH MY GOODNESS... This lady up here in medical records is the most rudess, unprofessional human being! This is my second time up here for the same issue!! After hanging up a personal call, she act like she does not want to do Her job & provide my medical records .She's been complaining the entire time about how long it will take and now she just asked me if I have any errands to run so she can take a lunch. After requesting my records, she looked at me crazy saying she can't do it at this moment ...And there's Absolutely no one else n here waiting. I will Absolutely Not ever b returning here again!!! Wow!! !
