        HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I wouldnt recommend this mechanic shop to anyone!..if youre wanting extra fees for mechanic issues you werent having BEFORE; this is the place. Not only was I hit with an unexpected fee for an issue that I did NOT have before my vehicle was brought in, Mr. Galvaz had the audacity to mention there was another issue, in which he stated he fixed; however, I didnt make it one mile leaving the place before the check engine light came on. I returned back and I was told the labor is not warranted because I didnt get my parts from them and I would be charged a diagnostic fee to check the check engine light. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

      Ms. Tina, as discussed several times before you bringing your vehicle, we unfortunately can NOT warranty our labor if the customer brings in their own parts. You towed your vehicle to our shop, it was not running so we are not responsible that your check engine light is still on. As we only swapped out the motor for your vehicle that YOU said needed to be done according to another shop giving you a "diagnostic." THANK YOU!
