        Trash !!! I was in accident with someone insured by them ,and the person was at fault. They tried to scam my insurance!!!! It wasn’t my fault the cop even said that!!! Beware ,they are scaming people!!!!!

        It's day 3 of the claims process and I haven't heard from Jessica Trevino, the claims adjuster assigned to us at all. I have a wonderful insurance company for my auto policy but Pronto's client hit my car and I would prefer not to get my insurance involved but it may be necessary. I've been on eternal hold for 35 minutes and the estimated hold time is 1 minute-for the last 28 minutes. Also, I was hung up on at 5:01pm after holding for more than 15 minutes. Guess their employees are more motivated to clock out and go home than to serve their clients.
