I have been with GEICO for many years with one break for a couple of months I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THE WAY ERICK TREATED ME TALKING OVER ME RAISING HIS VOICE TELLING ME I WAS GOING TO DO AS HE SAID I TOLD HIM NO I WASN'T MAYBE I ALSO NEED TO CARRY MY POLICY SOMEWHERE ELSE HE TOLD ME LADY MAYBE YOU SHOULD AND SAID A FEW CHOICE WORDS AND WAS VERY ANGRY FOR BEING TOLD NO LIKE A CHILD

*****Very disappointed hearing a customer get denied an insurance QUOTE simply she is financing her vehicle. She was told "we no longer quote in-house finance policies." I hope this is Geico's policy and not discrimination of some kind. Customer was not even able to get a quote. She contacted StateFarm instead and purchased a policy in full.***** Previous Review: This is our preferred local Geico office. They are so professional and work with our customers as much as they can to get them a good deal. We always recommend them for good customer service. Alondra is very professional and kind, ask for her for your insurance needs!
