I love the way this company sends messages with the technicians picture showing me whos coming to do the work call. My technician, Louis, was professional and explained the dilemma with my water heater in terms I could understand. He repaired the complication with the pipes and now I have hot water. We had a couple of problems in our building as new home owners. Some of the issues werent even issues and Derrick didnt make me feel stupid for making them come here to check out the problem. We had an issue with our toilet which he helped me with and told me how to deal with it if it happened again. Our faucet is leaking in our bathroom and he told us what work needed to be done. Since we have double sinks in their and need a replacement on one of them he let me have time to figure what faucet style I wanted and went over our pricing options.
