Hampton Inn Houston/Baytown

Wish I could give them a 0. Took 651$ out of my bank . Charged me for a deep clean said I smoked in there any mone k ow of a corporate number I can call .

All I wanted to a nice shower and to relax watching tv. Well, the warm water existed between a 1 inch space on the shower handle. Cold and hot were backwards. It was not a refreshing shower. The remote wouldnt turn the tv on. When you turned the tv on with the button installed on the tv, I soon realized the cable was not working (the tv displayed an error message). The alarm was set for 6 am by whomever previously stayed there which sucks if youre trying to sleep in. The plug next to the bed didnt work. The chair looked like it seen better days. To have these issues, its an over priced stay. Just an fyi: I didnt see a laundry bag, iron, or ironing board. There was a mini fridge and a hair dryer.

Old outdated rooms and not cleaned properly, the pool was outside my room window it was dirty and disgusting, definitely not a pretty sight to see! The staff were rude except the house keepers. They over charge my bank by charging me twice $400+ ...The manager and a staff member disturbed me by knocking on my door accusing me of smoking marijuana. I didn't leave the room at all that day so I told them to check the camera and then told them to come in and check my room and tell me where they smell it. So then the manager was embarrassed and turned to the staff saying I thought you smelled it and walked away. Enough to piss me off, disturb me and I don't smoke anything at all, They didn't apologize for the inconvenience or the acquisition.
