This office used to be wonderful. But lately it has gone downhill - mainly because of the terrible, horrible, rude inconsiderate office staff that works there. Especially Jennifer who will not even let a customer finish a sentence and will kick you out for no reason other than raising your voice. Here is an example, she actually corrected me because I called myself a customer instead of a patient. Ridiculous! She doesnt know the difference between an actual time that it takes to have your teeth cleaned and an appointment time. She also wont listen to what the customer is saying instead, she is constantly thinking about what rude things she wants to spit out. Go anywhere but here. Try Dr. Nunez DDS in Baytown. Fyi-when I told her I was going to place a review on their website, she told me that was fine. They would just delete it. So be advised if youre looking at their website, you were only seeing the reviews they want you to see.

I am very pleased with Dr. Hurd. He explains everything he does so I understand completely and so does his staff.

Everyone is very helpful and kind! Not to mention Dr. Hurd is the best dentist I've ever had.

I have been using Dr. Hurd for a while, as my previous dentist retired. I am one of those people who "hates" to go to the dentist...which ironically is probably the reason that I've been so many times. Dr. Hurd is one of those Dr's that takes the time to explain everything. Even when he tells his assistant to hand him something, get me one of these, and you're sitting there hearing some clanking around and you're wondering what the heck they're doing...he'll explain what he asked for, what he's gonna do with it and how it is necessary to complete the task correctly. Great facility, personable and professional staff, they send you appointment reminders,...they're simply a great place to have dental work done. If you live in the Baytown area or wherever and you need some dental work done, Dr. Hurd should be your first call. Highly Recommended! Thank you, Dr. Hurd and your staff for taking care of this hater. :)
