My daughter had an appointment at your Garth Rd location in Baytown, Tx today 03/31/2022. Her appointment was at 5:15PM, we waited 1hour and 15min before she was called back. She then waited another hour and 15min to be seen by the doctor. We didn't get out of the dentist office until 8:00PM. Our appointment was a new patient visit, they took x-rays and a 3D scan and examined her mouth, they then asked her if she can return the next day for the cleaning. So they had us in that office for 3 hours and they couldn't even clean her teeth. The receptionist desk associate didn't even say anything about the long wait. But I guess they were busy babysitting one of the employees son. Whom keep pushing the button that opens the door to go to the back and sitting in the chair in front of the computer at the receptionist desk. I will assume that the employee has permission to leave work to go get her son and bring him back to work with her and she finishes her shift watching her son. This is the worst dentist office that I have ever visited. We will not be returning, I can't believe your organization is okay with wasting people time. To sit in a office for 3 hours and not even get your teeth cleaned, horrible service and very unprofessional atmosphere. What we experienced today was a dentist office/daycare office and I guess management is okay with it. We will be finding a new dentist office because we will not be returning to Jefferson Dental Clinics- Baytown.

Staff is wonderful..I will return..I was taken care of in a timely manner.
