Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Tried calling two locations, this one being one of them, and no one picked up the phone for 20+ minutes. Just want to ask for clarification concerning my rental.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. We made our reservation at the beginning of March when we first planned our trip back to Texas to meet the movers. Nowhere at any time did the website tell us we couldnt use a debit card for our rental. The gentleman we dealt with at this location refused us our rental even though the website clearly states that exceptions could be made for people with travel itineraries. Our return flight back to Montana was booked the same day we made the reservation and we were dropping the rental off at the Hobby Airport location ahead of our flight. This is the travel itinerary yet they refused to rent to us. To cap things off the gentleman not only didnt even know the companies guidelines on this matter but he lied to our faces. He tried to say they called us but we never received a call from anyone. Call logs on our end prove this. The gentleman rattled off a time in an attempt to save face for his lie only to be caught in another lie. At 4:46 Texas time (the time he claims they tried to call) we were standing in the airport printing out our baggage sticker. We had perfect signal so the excuse of us being in the air isnt a valid one. I definitely dont recommend using this location at all. Theyre unprofessional and will lie to your face.
